Optional equipment

Additional equipment may be booked from our loan stock at the time of your original room booking, or at a later date, subject to availability. Where a booking is made 24 hours before the required time, the AV support technicians will normally set up equipment in advance. When less than 24 hours notice is given clients may be asked to collect the equipment, if available, from Media Services reception.
