Students New ID Card Request

Often new students are booked in groups and your name will be on a list for us to process your ID badge on the day of your visit. If you cannot make this appointment then you will need a form provided for you by Registry or course administrator. See link below for the ID opening hours.

Student Replacement ID Card Request

Unfortunately, if you have lost or had your ID badge stolen you will need to see Registry and pay £5 to have a new one. You will be given a form that you will need to bring to reception on 4th floor Hunter Wing and we can process your ID badge. Normally, we will have your details already on the system so you can just leave the form with reception, and its helpful to put a contact number on the form. We will process this ASAP and you will be able to collect your replacement badge from the St Georges 1 st floor Library usually the following week.

You do not need a form just visit us during our recommended ID opening hours.

Monday to Friday 9am to 10am
