Photocopying

Media Services provides a high quality photocopying service on a cost recovery basis. This includes high speed, high volume black and white duplication. A state of the art A3 colour photocopier produces single or double sided photographic quality reproduction direct from computer files or via scanning. Colour sheets can be inserted into bulk runs of black and white booklets and now there is a reduced cost for high volume print runs. This is a new service made available with the installation of completely new Xerox Docutec Machines. Our graphics section have direct computer links to the master control work stations which enable high quality design work to be printed direct to the printers which include all necessary screens to allow correct photographic reproduction avoiding rescanning which causes a loss in quality.

Our staff provide services ranging from simple photocopying to the production of bound volumes. A range of binding types and finishing including hole drilling are available. We can produce photocopies up to A3 size and a sample of our large paper and card stock is on display at the reception desk. business cards are designed and printed on site. All the work is carried out by our staff on site and usually has a very quick turn around time. Our experienced staff are available to offer any advice either at reception or contact details below Images can be emailed and soon you will be able to use the WEB or Intranet to send complete document files or just a single picture direct from your source files on your computer to the printing queues. You will sign onto the system and be given an account number, from then you simply send direct over the NET.
