Teaching Services

The School's aim is to break away from the traditional subject based curriculum and to provide students with the opportunity to approach medicine in an integrated way has lead to much of the first 2 years of the course being topic based. In order to facilitate a multi-disciplinary approach, employing Academic input from many departments, most teaching is carried out in a centralised teaching department - The Multi Discipline Laboratories, or 'MDLs' as they are named within the School. The "MDLs" are located within the Academic Services Department.
