Website Creation

The Web team will endeavour to assist users with web site creation and help maintain the sites but it has to be understood that our priorities are the main external SGUL website and the Intranet/Portal.

Any requests containing large and time consuming work, major changes, face lifts and complete rewrites may be processed at a lower priority and in the case of urgent requests the user may be advised to contact an external company for the work involved.

We run regular training sessions throughout the academic year on Photoshop, Dreamweaver and SHADO Content Management System, furthermore we are sometimes able to do one to one sessions if Staff/Students are not able to book one of the training slots. The Web Team are willing to spend some time helping sorting out issues with websites and are able to advise on the many aspects of Website creation.
