Learning Resources for Social Workers

From November this year social workers in South West London have improved access to knowledge and library services.

St. George’s Library is one of 12 libraries across London that have recently opened their doors to social workers.

Working in collaboration with Skills for Care and London Health Libraries the aim is to support the information needs of social workers, particularly those engaged in post-qualifying awards. Extra books sponsored by Skills for Care have been bought, and dedicated library staff have been trained on the information needs of social workers.
