Social WorkersLearning Resources for Social Workers From November this year social workers in South West London have improved access to knowledge and library services. St. George’s Library is one of 12 libraries across London that have recently opened their doors to social workers. Working in collaboration with Skills for Care and London Health Libraries the aim is to support the information needs of social workers, particularly those engaged in post-qualifying awards. Extra books sponsored by Skills for Care have been bought, and dedicated library staff have been trained on the information needs of social workers. Who is eligible to join? How do I join? What’s on offer?
How can I find out more? See our guides: Contact Karen John-Pierre, Liaison Librarian on 020 8725 5441 kjohn@sgul.ac.uk Monday 26th November 2007 |
