Planning & Secretariat TeamSusan Trubshaw General management of the office. Clerk to Council, Strategy Planning and Resources Committee, Staffing Review Committee and the Audit Committee. Responsible for returns to HEFCE and other bodies. General Governance, including the Scheme, Statutes and Ordinances. Internal Audit and Risk Management, including the Institution’s Strategic Risk Register. Derek Baldwinson Oversight of the Institution’s arrangements for quality assurance and enhancement; institutional contact for of all professional, statutory body and QAA visits; secretary to a range of key decision-making committees including Senate, the Academic Forum and the Quality Assurance and Learning and Teaching Committees; the administration of student complaints and student appeals. Development of internal communications strategy. Co-ordination of the Institution’s response to Freedom of Information requests. Archivist of institution’s formal papers. Member of Committee Review Group, Clerk to Risk Management Committee and Teaching and Learning Resources Committee. Deputy Clerk to Council and SPARC, and Council officer. Responsibility for institution's Register of Interests. Briony Fane Responsible for developing and managing the process for developing and finalising St George’s submission to RAE 2008.Contributes to St George’s strategic RAE decision- making.Responsible for providing information and guidance to academic staff on all RAE-related matters.Manages St George’s submission to the HEFCE Research Activity Survey.Responsible for generating information on research activities. Andrew Judycki Responsible for Managing projects (organising and managing Project Teams, managing risks, timetables, budgets, all negotiations, training, testing). Reporting to the Management Information Systems Project Board. Managing the institution’s responsibilities under the Data Protection and Freedom of Information Acts (training, advising, reviewing, liaising with the Information Commissioner’s Office). Kirsty Watson Provision of management information to support management, monitoring and legislative compliance. Liaison with and between internal providers of data, development and publication of performance indicators.
