Agarose electrophoresis of PCR products from MAP strain 989 DNA
5ml loaded of 50ml total PCR reaction run out on 1% Agarose and visualised with Ethidium Bromide.
Note: Some products have more than one band associated with DNA coiling and running buffer and not contamination by non-specific products.
