2.5mg MAP total genome DNA (Cy5-Red) and

2.5mg MTB total genome DNA (Cy3-Green)

Notes: This image shows good signal from all spots (some spots are spot blanks). The 16SrDNA dilution series are positioned on the first rank using the 2^nd 3^rd and 4^th spot in each 4 x 4 grid. MTB genes are positioned on the 2^nd, 3^rd and 4^th ranks. MAP genes are positioned on the 5^th and 6^th ranks.
