mRNA extractions from MAP strain 989 grown for 8 weeks in amoebae and in PPG
medium
2ml loaded of 50ml total sample reaction run out on 1.5% Agarose and visualised with Ethidium Bromide.
Estimated concentration of mRNA = Approximately 1mg/ml
