Students with Disabilities
The annual report of the disability support service can be downloaded here: St George's is committed to meeting the needs of disabled students, and recognises that they are an integral part of the academic community. We welcome applications from students with any kind of disability, and are keen to create as inclusive a teaching environment as possible.
We aim to make access to our courses and environment as open as possible to all who are academically able to enjoy and benefit from them. There are, however, some limitations to what we can provide; this website aims to give as much information as possible about what we can do, and who you should talk to to discuss any concerns you might have. You may need to discuss your individual needs with staff who have particular responsibility for student admissions, welfare and facilities. A useful contact list can be found here. For general advice, you can get in touch with Michael Woodman directly. |
